Returns & Refunds policy
Due to our booking process of multi-day tours in which lodging accommodations are provided, you must cancel your reservation within 24 hours of paying your deposit to receive a full refund. You must notify us verbally over the phone, and in writing by emailing info@zionexperiences.com. Cancellation requests made outside of the 24 hours are subject to the following schedule:
Days Prior to Departure Cancellation Charge (Per Guest)*
270 days or more Deposit
269 to 180 days Deposit + 29% of total amount paid
179 to 91 days Deposit + 50% of total amount paid
90 days or less Deposit + 100% of total amount paid
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
